Some Google Business Profile owners are reporting that their review dashboards are displaying “You have no reviews yet”, despite their public listings still showing their existing review totals.

Reports began appearing on the Google Business Profile Community forum, with users highlighting a mismatch between what they see in the management dashboard and what customers can view publicly. In some cases, businesses with hundreds of reviews are seeing an empty review section when trying to manage responses.

One example shared by a Google Product Expert showed a listing displaying 916 reviews publicly, while the reply section within the dashboard showed no reviews available.

So far, the issue appears to be limited to the dashboard display rather than affecting actual review counts. Google has not confirmed the exact cause, and the problem does not appear to impact every Business Profile.

A Separate Review Issue Recently Reported

The dashboard problem comes shortly after another Google Business Profile review issue, where some businesses reported disappearing reviews and difficulties receiving new customer feedback.

Google previously acknowledged that issue and confirmed it was investigating. An update later suggested that the problem had been resolved and that affected reviews should gradually return.

Although both problems appear similar, they are likely caused by different issues. A display error means reviews may still exist but are not appearing correctly, while a review removal usually occurs when Google’s systems detect potential policy violations or spam.

Why This Matters for Businesses

Online reviews play an important role in helping customers choose between businesses, making them a valuable trust signal. If a dashboard shows no reviews, business owners may assume their feedback has been lost, even if the public listing remains unchanged.

Checking the live Google Business Profile listing can help determine whether reviews have actually disappeared or if the issue is only affecting the management dashboard.

What Businesses Should Do Next

Google has not yet provided details on what is causing the current dashboard issue or when a full fix will be available. Until then, businesses should compare their dashboard information with their public profile to confirm whether reviews are missing or simply not displaying correctly.

If reviews are missing from the public listing, businesses should document the issue and contact Google Business Profile support for further assistance.
